Veste coaches are trained at an NBHWC (National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching) approved school.They also undergo training at Veste to incorporate DNA results with traditional coaching methods.

Coaching is a partnership aimed at meeting your goals. When you meet with your Veste Coach, you will discuss how you will work with your coach. The schedule, goals, etc. will be developed using traditional coaching methods with the assistance of your specific coach.

Coaching does not replace health care from a health care provider. We do not diagnose, treat , cure or prevent.

The process of matching you with a Veste Coach happens as soon as you sign up for a coaching package. Typically Coaching can begin within 1 week.
Traditional coaching assessment can begin immediately but DNA personalization cannot begin until the DNA results are obtained. If you already have your DNA data, coaching using DNA can begin immediately after the initial assessment.

The DNA test kit is mailed to you. It takes 1-2 weeks to ship your kit. Once your receive your DNA test kit and return your sample to the lab, it takes 2-3 weeks for the analysis of your DNA to be completed. Shipping times can vary based on USPS or other shipping methods.

In addition to files from our own test, we support DNA data from a variety of providers: 23andMe, Ancestry, Courtagen, FamilyTreeDNA, MyHeritage, Atlas, MapMyGenome, Diagnomics, DNALand, and LivingDNA (among others). Veste also supports whole genome sequencing files from Dante Labs.
